Known for his hit restaurant Paradise in London (UK), Dom will be previewing his new concept at the festival, Open Door Policy, an immersive chef’s table experience, which is due to open in Colombo this Spring. The first of its kind to also offer an exclusive list of imported natural & biodynamic wines, that explores the unconventional pairing of wine and spice.
