Mark Hix, celebrated as one of Britain’s foremost restaurateurs, boasts unparalleled expertise in ingredients’ provenance. Appointed Director of Food and Drink at the London’s Groucho Club, He left Chef Director at Caprice Holdings in 2007 to establish HIX Restaurants which sadly closed in 2020 due to Covid-19.
Mark opened The Oyster & Fish House in 2020 and launched HIX Oyster & Fish Trust during lockdowns. Despite challenges, he opened The Fox Inn in 2020 closing in July 2022.
