During the seven weeks of Gourmet Galle 2025, which runs from January 27 to March 9, 2025, internationally renowned and domestic chefs will come together to host intimate dinners, cocktails, pop-up events, and culinary masterclasses at some of Sri Lanka’s best boutique hotels, private villas, and opulent locations along the South Coast.

This event, which is presented by Mastercard, promises to be a voyage of flavors and textures that showcases Sri Lanka’s outstanding produce, which has been handpicked by international chefs. An ode to Sri Lanka’s natural beauty, spices, abundance of tropical fruit, fresh fish, locally grown veggies, and traditional ingredients.
