In 2018, Nisha Parmar gained culinary acclaim on BBC’s MasterChef UK for her distinctive presentation, family recipes, and Asian-inspired cuisine. Since then, she has translated her lifelong love for homemade food into a thriving career as a Private Chef, food writer, and restaurant consultant. Beyond caring for her two boys, Nisha is a sought-after name in celebrity dining experiences, with A-list clients like Joe Wicks and Ellie Goulding. Her signature dishes have graced prestigious venues and events, including the Unicef Soccer Aid Gala at The Science Museum and a recent appearance at St Paul’s Cathedral for MS Society.
Nisha’s successful Diwali advert for Sainsbury’s highlighted her culinary prowess, while her Instagram page offers cooking tips, travel guides, and glimpses into the culinary delights enjoyed by celebrities. Amid the pandemic, she created over 100 recipe videos to simplify restaurant-quality cooking at home. Look out for Nisha’s debut cookbook, ‘SHARE,’ featuring Asian dinner party dishes, set to release in March 2024.
